Fit4Eva: Low impact
aerobics session for the over 50’s. The class consists of 30
mins of cardiovascular work, followed by 15 mins of body toning and
stretching.
Stretch4Eva: A total body
stretch and balance workout for the over 50’s.
Technique: For
newcomers to learn the moves and for regular participants to update
new techniques. Come along and learn how to get the most out of
classes.
BodyBalance: Based on
Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, this class will help strengthen muscles,
improve posture and flexibility and will teach you valuable
relaxation techniques.
Abs
Specific: This 30 minute class is
specifically designed to target the core muscles such as transverse
abdominis, obliques and the lower back. Great for all fitness
levels and to strengthen the core.
BodyStep:
Pre-choreographed athletic class designed to motivate you and
increase fitness. A great workout for everyone from the
newest to the most athletic.
BodyCombat: A non
contact martial arts class that incorporates punches, hand and
elbow strikes plus a variety of kicks and defence moves. Jab, hook
and kick your way to an awesome cardiovascular workout.
BodyPump: Pump is a
fun, motivating, simple workout that gets people into fantastic
shape fast. Pump works all the major muscle groups of your body,
using adjustable weight loaded barbells.
BodyAttack: A
pre-choreographed high intensity cardiovascular workout designed to
achieve peak cardio fitness. An interval session consisting of high
impact and strength work. The ultimate fitness
workout.
Boxfit: A cross
training workout that combines cardio and strength training using
boxing and kickboxing moves. No frills, no tricky steps and
definitely no Mike Tysons! A good all round workout to keep you
fighting fit!
Bodylicious: An intense
class focussing on the problem areas of the abs, butt, hips and
thighs. A fantastic toning workout that will leave you
“Bodylicious”!
Cardio
Sculpt: Half an hour cardio,
mixed with half an hour session of body sculpting. Body sculpting
will focus on core strength & stability, as well as sculpting
work for the abs, butt, trunk, lower back & legs.
Super
Seniors: A 45 minute resistance
class designed for people over 50. This class provides a safe
and balanced regime in a social and fun environment. Not only
good for the body but also the mind!
WATER
FITNESS
Hydro
Fit: A water workout
with a challenge. This class incorporates a variety of moves
in the shallow water to increase your strength and fitness while
having fun.
Hydro
Combo: A combination aqua class
for all ages & fitness levels. This class will include
circuits, deep water work, shallow end work, lots of equipment and
activities to make it a great cardio workout.
Hydro
Blitz: An awesome
strength and cardio workout using a variety of moves and activities
in the shallow end of the pool. Blast your body into
fitness!
Deep
Water: A fantastic cardio
workout in deep water using buoyancy belts which means no impact.
An intensive and interesting fitness class and lots of fun at the
same time.
Aqua4Eva: A custom-made fitness program for the over
50’s. Great for building strength, flexibility and will improve
your posture. Don’t forget to join us for a cuppa
afterwards!
