Important Information About Birthday Celebrations
Please note: All birthday celebrations must be booked in advance by completing our enquiry form. We cannot guarantee space for unbooked or walk-in birthday parties.
Have your next birthday party at Lakeside Leisure Centre! Party guests will enjoy the water activities, including fun filled aquatic games and our awesome waterslides.
Then have a delicious meal in our dedicated party room. All guests are welcome to continue using the pool and slide after the party has finished.
We supply invitations and the party hosts and the best part is we clean up the mess!
- Minimum of 15 participants are required for all parties.
- All participants must be 6 years or older and confident in the water.
- Please be aware there is a height requirement for the waterslides.

Entry Package ($16.00 per person)
This package includes entry to the facility and a multipurpose room hire for 2 hours.
Food Package ($24.00 per person)
This package includes entry to the facility, multipurpose room hire for 2 hours and Food: Nuggets, Chips, Party Pies, Cordial and Water.
Inflatable Package ($34.00 per person)
This package includes entry to the facility, multipurpose room hire for 2 hours, 1 hour reserved time on the inflatable and Food: Nuggets, Chips, Party Pies, Cordial and Water.
Terms and Conditions
1. Welcome to the pool party at Lakeside Leisure Centre! Please ensure that all information on the booking application is accurate. Bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the party date, and attendance numbers and catering should be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. Please note that outside food is not allowed, except for birthday cakes. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at least 7 days in advance.2. The minimum number of participants is 15, and the party is designed for children aged 6 and older. If you want to make a booking less than 15PAX then you need to cover cost of 15 people.
3. Total payment of the party must occur immediately after the conclusion of the party. This can be done at reception. Payments can be made using cash, eftpos, or credit card.
4. Safety is a priority; therefore, children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
5. Specific supervision guidelines include:
• Staying within arm’s reach for children aged 0-5,
• Maintaining close visual contact for ages 6-12,
• Ensuring visual contact for ages 13-14.
6. The party schedule consists of two time slots.
7. The first session runs from 1 PM to 3 PM, featuring food and recreational swim from 1 to 2 PM, followed by a pool inflatable from 2 to 3 PM (if the inflatable option is selected).
8. The second session is from 3 PM to 5 PM, with the inflatable from 3 to 4 PM (if the inflatable option is selected), and food and free swim from 4 to 5 PM.
9. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time for setup, and all guests must vacate the party area by the end of their time slot. However, participants are welcome to enjoy the other facilities afterward.
10. As the organiser, you are responsible for informing all attendees of these terms. Please note that Belgravia Leisure and Lakeside Leisure Centre will not be liable for any injuries or damage related to the event. 12. All children attending the birthday party must wear a wristband at all times for identification and safety purposes.
13. Parents or guardians must provide supervision for their child(ren) throughout the duration of the party.
14. I acknowledge that submitting a party booking request does not guarantee a confirmed booking or reserved spot. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by our team.
