When you book a birthday party with us at Lakeside Leisure Centre, the only thing you need to do is send the invitations and bring the kids for an epic day! We will organise everything including tasty food and clean up all the mess, so you can enjoy a stress-free party!

All guests are welcome to continue using the pool and slide after the party time slot so the fun doesn’t have to stop.

– Minimum of 15 participants are required for all parties. 
– All participants must be 6 years or older and confident in the water.
– Please be aware there is a height requirement for the pool inflatable.

Please note that all birthday party requests will need to be made at least 14 days prior to requested date.

Birthday Package 1

This package includes a food package, free pool entry, booked tables at café – $24.00 per child (minimum 15) 

Birthday Package 2

This package includes private Pool Inflatable (1hr), food package, free pool entry, booked tables at café – $32.00 per child (minimum 15)

Terms and Conditions

  • Welcome to the pool party at Lakeside Leisure Centre! Please ensure that all information on the booking application is accurate. Bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the party date, and attendance numbers should be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.
  • The minimum age of all participants should be 6 years and older. Unfortunately, we don’t cater for enquiries where participants are less than 6 years old.
  • The minimum charge number of participants is 15.
  • Final details, including numbers, catering, and total payment, must be confirmed and paid at least 7 days before the event. Payments can be made using cash, Eftpos, or credit card. Please note that outside food is not allowed, except for birthday cakes.
  • Safety is a priority; therefore, children under the age of 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Specific supervision guidelines include: Staying within arm’s reach for children aged 0-5, Maintaining close visual contact for ages 6-12, Ensuring visual contact for ages 13-14.
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time for setup, and all guests must vacate the party area by the end of their time slot. However, participants are welcome to enjoy the other facilities afterward.
  • Please note that Belgravia Leisure and Lakeside Leisure Centre will not be liable for any injuries or damage related to the event. If you have any questions or need further clarification, don’t hesitate to reach out!
  • As the organiser, it is your responsibility to inform all guests of these terms. For any questions or clarifications, feel free to contact us.
  • All children attending the birthday party must wear a wristband at all times for identification and safety purposes.
  • Parents or guardians must provide supervision for their child(ren) throughout the duration of the party.
